Firstly, cannot understand a thread has not been made to obsess about our love for Yamane Ayano's wonderful manga of You're my Love Prize in Viewfinder. This is my first Yaoi series that I got addicted to. And I had not realised the extent of it's popularity or that this was one of the "better" Yaoi manga. After reading around (I would not say I have read enough, there is an overwhelming amount of it)- this remains to be a top notch manga.
Why? Firstly because there is one ultimate uke, who is older yet cute. He doesn't look like a kid. Although he acts like one sometimes. Oh we love you Takaba!
Secondly the ultimate seme is downright delicious, so masculine, so dangerous. So, "Takaba is mine."-he's violent but nonetheless, he seems like the "good bad guy"...Mmm, Asami. Tie me up.
Thirdly, Fei Long is beautiful. His hair is long and flowing, his eyes sharp, just gorgeous. He's a seme and an uke and a favourite among manyy fans. He starts off as the bad guy but as the story develops, you realise that everything is not as clear as it seems. History shapes us, correct?
My favourite character is Mikhail, although he's a bit of a side character. Russian boi's are sexyy.
Anyway I think the appeal really is that these are dangerous men. And they are sexy. And they like other sexy dangerous men.

I just finished reading the last chapter... it's the end of an era! *sigh* you're right, this is one of THE best yaoi out there... so freakin sexy too! ASAMI is the superseme of all semes. seriously. He is one hot dude. I love the ending... but I didn't want it to end! I want more!

DON'T PANIC. Yamane Ayano has said this will only be the end of Naked Truth not of Viewfinder *wipe off sweat drop* That's what I've heard, so hopefully she'll be back with a new arc and some more action.
You're 100 per cent right, Asami is so the uber seme.

Love this manga... Too bad Yamane-sensi is taking her break... Well... Hopefully she'll be back soon with the continuation of this manga...

Those two month waiting periods between each chapter were painfully hard to bear. The series was so worth it though. I've read some chapters squizilliions of times. I'm off to read that last one...again. Check out the Yamane Ayano community on LJ for your fiction fix though, there must be huge amounts of Fei Long and Yoh popping up now. Cannot wait till she continues. Anyone know how long this break will be? At least there's still Crimson Spell (though also sinfully slow but worth it)..

is it true that the viewfinder hadn't end yet? i want to see the aki's nexr living with asami... what he would do after the naked truth..? still as a photographer or live with asami? i wonder that...  please tell me if the new chapter has been released...  |

I think the mangaka is taking a break for the moment before continuining on, it was a slow releasing series before so I think we'll have to wait a while. I really would enjoy the spin-off fanfic for Viewfinder in the meantime, there is tons.

Dont worry. According to mangaupdates, its Harudaki that scanlates the series. You'll just have to visit them for your snack from now on.
And to contribute to the discussion; I dont like Viewfinder. The characters have way too unrealistic reactions. Yes, you kidnapped me, turned me into a slave and raped me... but we can still be friends! Im sorry, what?

this one of the best yaoi manga that i have read...it doesnt matter how many times you read it, it still grabs you. i wish that you can allow as to download this series again....and to the author, thanks i really like your work. the story and graphic are great.
