Hi all. This thread is set up for the discussion of the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle manga and anime. It's my favorite series, so if you want to discuss it (or even ask questions  ) come here! Tsubasa is a CLAMP cross-over manga. It directly crosses over with CLAMP's series xxxHolic, as well as featuring numerous cameos from characters in the CLAMP Universe. The main characters, Syaoran and Sakura (from Card Captors) are living in the country of Clow. Sakura is the princess, and Syaoran is her childhood friend. Princess Sakura loses her memories. They take the form of feathers and scatter across the dimensions and without them, Sakura will die. In order to save his friend, Syaoran sets off on a journey to retrieve them. He visits a woman called Yuuko (xxxHolic) who is known as the Dimensional Witch. She tells him that she can provide him with a method to cross dimensions, but it comes at a price: Syaoran's most treasured possession. Two others, Fai and Kurogane (completely original to this manga) also end up needing to cross dimensions. They must all sacrifice what they hold dearest. For the magician Fai, it is his magical tattoo. For the warrior Kurogane, it is his sword. For Syaroan, it is something far greater: his relationship with Sakura. No matter how many of her memories he can retrieve, Sakura can never remember Syaoran or their childhood. The manga is up to volume 21 now, and the Anime so far is two complete seasons (and an OVA on the way) Anyway, discuss away! |

I LOVE this manga!! *-*
the anime is kinda boring, but the manga.. oh-my-god xD The only thing is that there are many things I don't understand, but I know that's how CLAMP do their stories, so I know in the end, all the things that don't make sense right now, will..
What's really cool about TRC is that you can find characters from other stories *-* (syao (L) xD), which have totally different roles..

This is probably my favorite manga ever. The newer chapters have just been so amazing and rich in story, its hard to stop D: Alas, I ran out of chapters ;_;

Hi all...
I've watched the first 2 seasons of the anime...I thought season 1 was pretty good, season 2 got a little old for me as it seemed like the same thing over and over again. Can some one tell me, is the manga & anime pretty much the same and how many chapters does the manga cover in regards to the anime?

i've watch the whole season 1 anime,it the best (2nd to favorite : Initial D)
Now the 2nd season Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle just on air here.
there's a Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle OVA?
Have anyone watch it?

i love CLAMP's work! it's really amazing the crossover plot and i must said i love bot xxxHolic and TRC.
The manga it's as always amazing with many chapters in wich i can't stop crying!, the anime is good but i hate the all the fillers, and now they want to stop the story just like that! the ovas can`t explain everything!.

I love Subaru so much. He looked so cool when he stood beside Kamui.But I prefer him in Tokyo Babylon and X1999 because back then he was so cute and pure. In Tsubasa, his eyes looked sad. I also love Fye, he so funny

PLEASE!! The ending from season 2 isn't supposed to be like that!!! Wonders. . . When does Sakura get all her feathers?

I really fell in love with Fye, but ._.;; someone thought one of the characters was real and sorta annoyed me so much I can't stand Syaoran anymore. A pity really... Obsession can hurt everyone around it.
